FULL ACCESS MEMBERSHIP: Available to use the facility during off-hours, as well as normal business hours, which are:

7am – 7pm Monday – Thursday

7am – 5pm Friday

8am – 1pm Saturday

CLOSED – Sunday

FULL ACCESS Hours 4:30am – 11pm Monday – Sunday




General gym membership rates for Fire Fighters, Law Enforcement, First Responders are available for as low as $65 per month. Membership agreements require no commitment, JUST 30 DAYS NOTICE IF CANCELING.

Members have use of all cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, locker facilities, a “Program of the Day” written on the board and more. All members are entitled to full access of our world class facility and use of all equipment inside the gym. The facility always has a certified coach supervising the floor for any questions our members may have.

While general fitness programs are a great way to get into the gym and stay healthy, changing things up to a more performance based program can take your fitness to the next level. Whether you’re an everyday weekend warrior or a high performance athlete, this style of training has a lot to offer.

Performance training will hit all target areas of a general fitness program and then enhance it. By incorporating more athletic movements and functional training, your body will transform into an athlete.

Performance training can include speed and agility work, plyometrics, core training, mobility training, and more, on top of your standard strength and conditioning work. You’ll be stronger, faster, and fitter than ever before.
