Fitness Assessment

Your Fitness Assessment gives you an opportunity to meet with a member of our coaching team. This fitness evaluation typically takes about 45 min – 1 hour to complete.

The initial portion of the Fitness Assessment will be spent going over previous workout history, discussing any medical restrictions, and talking through what your goals for the training program will be.

From there, the coach will take you through a series of tests to determine a baseline for your overall fitness. For general population, tests of strength, mobility, and flexibility will be used. For athletic populations, speed and agility will also be assessed.

Private Coaching

Our private coaching sessions, led by our expert coaching staff, allow for better specialization of an athlete’s workout routine to better meet their specific goals. By targeting their needs, our coaching staff can pull the best out of each individual to excel at their sport. Private sessions are perfect for both the elite athlete and those that just need a bit more work.


With an individualized strength program, coaches will be able to build strength and power in any athlete. Whether it’s heavy lifting for the advanced athlete or bodyweight movement patterns for the younger athletes, they will build muscle.


For any sport, speed and agility are vital for success. Coaches will help perfect running form and put athletes through speed drills to get faster and more agile.


By instructing on proper form and technique, coaches are setting athletes up for a lifetime of fitness and helping prevent injury in sport. Coaches will work from the ground up to get athletes stronger and faster through properly executed movement patterns.

Our coaches welcome beginners, as well as exercise enthusiasts, and athletes of all ages ready to achieve a higher level of fitness. We use the most effective exercise modalities and techniques, including MYZONE, to help you reach your goals.

Semi-Private Training (4) 

Workouts are for up to 4 people. Some of our most successful clients train with the Semi-Private option, with some friendly competition or support you can start seeing results in no time.

Members have use of all cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, locker facilities and more. All members are entitled to full access of our facility and use of all equipment inside the gym.

Pilates Training Studio


If you’re looking for undivided attention, or want a beginners introduction before joining a group lesson, then we provide Private Pilates In Southampton.

This is a great way to get a personal assessment and really feel the benefits of a one hour session.

If you would rather attend a session with a friend or two we also hold semi-private Pilates In Southampton. This is a great way to still get the personal touch and share the experience with friends.

About Small Group Classes

Small group classes of Pilates in Southampton is a great fun and friendly workout. Full of like minded people, our small group classes have a great welcoming atmosphere, providing support and encouragement to people of all abilities.

Pilates is a form of strength and flexibility training with emphasis on the core. It was developed by Joseph Pilates back in the 1920′s and continues today to be recognized as one of the most effective methods of core training worldwide.
